2. Service Description and Limitations
Dlalainstream.com is a subscription service that provides access to a library of original video content . We do not offer audio-only streaming options. Access requires compatible devices and an internet connection. We are not liable for service interruptions due to maintenance or network issues beyond our control.
 
3. User Accounts and Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree that you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, or have verifiable parental consent.

Subscription and Billing:
By subscribing to our streaming service, you authorize DlalainStream (Pty) Ltd to charge your chosen payment method (e.g., Paystack, Credit Card) a recurring monthly/annual subscription fee in South African Rand (ZAR). You must provide current, complete, and accurate billing information.
 
  • Billing: Subscriptions renew automatically, and charges are processed by a trusted third-party payment processor.
  • Refunds: Payments are non-refundable.
  • Price Changes: We reserve the right to change prices with advance notice.
Cancellation and Refunds:
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings page. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle; you will not be charged again. We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial membership periods or unwatched content, except where required by the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA).
5. Intellectual Property Rights and Content Ownership
All content (films, videos, metadata, graphics, etc.) available on Dlalainstream.com is the exclusive property of DlalainStream (PTY) LTD or is used under license and is protected by South African and international intellectual property laws, including the Copyright Act 98 of 1978. 
  • Your Use Limitations: You may access and view content for personal, private, non-commercial use only. You are strictly prohibited from:
    • Downloading, copying, reproducing, or distributing any content without our explicit written permission.
    • Modifying, adapting, or creating derivative works from our content.
    • Re-streaming, publicly performing, or broadcasting content to a third party.
    • Using any “ripping” or data extraction software to access content.

The service is provided “as is” and we do not guarantee it will be error-free or constantly available. Our liability for any loss or damage is limited to the extent permitted by the Consumer Protection Act and other applicable South African laws. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
 
Limitation of Liability:
Use of the dlalainstream.com service is at your sole risk. DlalainStream (Pty) Ltd makes no guarantees about continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free access to the service. DlalainStream (Pty) Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from (i) the use or the inability to use the service; (ii) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the service; (iii) any bugs, viruses, or the like which may be transmitted to or through our service by any third party.
 
8. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
These T&Cs are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes will first be handled through our customer support channels. If unresolved, the matter will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
